Supply Chain

Demand Planning Analyst

What you’ll do:

  1. Assist in demand planning and forecasting activities of MAPAN products
  2. Develop demand forecasts drivers based on demand patterns and business trends
  3. Make forecast adjustment based on business model; promotions, shifting, etc.
  4. Assist in developing and executing demand plan to achieve company OKR, including:
    1. Pricing vs. demand analysis
    2. Sales volume vs. forecast
  5. Develop sales projection and track actual sales, including perform sanity check on projection vs. realization
  6. Develop demand planning systems to improve forecast accuracy
  7. Perform root-cause analysis of demand issues and provide solutions
  8. Build demand forecasts to support supply chain operations; inbound planning, inventory management, etc.:
  1. Work with inventory team (i.e. warehouse and sourcing) to monitor inventory level and replenish products
  2. Schedule monthly forecast meetings with required stakeholders
  3. Provide forecast updates to management
  4. Provide guidance to sourcing team as needed

 

What you need to have:

  1. 2 to 5 years experiences as analyst in demand planning, warehouse planning, and/or linehaul.
  2. Strong ability and desire to work both independently and in group / project settings.
  3. Strong verbal/written communication and group presentation skills

Warehouse Operations Analyst

What you’ll do:

  1. Responsible for designing, building, and supporting the components of data warehouse, databases, reports, and reporting environments
  2. Studies and understands the company’s business processes and applications, including their effect on data and reporting, and applies the knowledge gained in designing data warehouses and reports
  3. Assembles performance statistics, analyzes them, and makes recommendations for improvement
  4. Performs capacity planning, supporting, troubleshooting, and ETL performance modification

Sourcing Manager

What you’ll do:

 

  • Sourcing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing key categories strategies and sourcing processes
  • Take a key role in developing sourcing strategies for large projects to ensure lowest cost of ownership.
  • Contract and negotiate with suppliers based on strategic aspects
  • Conduct cost and market analysis to benchmark current suppliers and solutions.
  • Collaborate with senior management to deliver best practice for procurement processes
  • Act as a reliable and well trusted interface between the organization and suppliers.
  • Identify business improvement opportunities, steer and track with key performance metrics
  • Research and employ innovative sourcing methodologies and strategies in order to ensure maximum benefit and value for money for the business

 

 

What you need to have:

 

  • Minimum 3 years proven experience in Sourcing or Buying in retail or e-commerce company
  • Strong ability and desire to work both independently and in group / project settings.

Sales Trainer

Roles and Responsibility

  • Responsible for Sales Team training and development in their assigned work area
  • Identify training requirements and development For Sales Team in their area
  • Create an implementation program based on training identifications and requirements, also evaluate the implemented training
  • Continuously improve the training process that is adjusted to work requirements and others related factor
  • Coordinate with other team members to prepare all required documents and tools for training program  
  • Ensure that all trainings for employee is in accordance with the needs and regulations.

 

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree from reputable university from any major
  • Minimum 2 year experience in training
  • Minimum 1 year experience in Sales
  • Mastery in the following aspects:
    • High adaptability in new environment
    • Good communication skill with people from diverse background
    • Planning and implementation
    • Good time and work management
    • Negotiate and drive motivation
    • Microsoft Office
  • Willing to be located in Jakarta/Tangerang, Garut/Tasik, or Surabaya
