Senior Researcher


  • Communicating with product managers, marketing team and other division to understand the business and research objectives.
  • Doing preparation prior to fieldwork: defining criteria, contacting respondents, and creating discussion guidelines.
  • Moderating qualitative research methods, such as In Depth Interview, FGD, Ethnography, and Usability Testing – able to give recommendations for updated methods.
  • Conducting in-depth data analysis using conventional and advanced methods.
  • Assisting in the development and programming of survey questionnaires and testing questionnaires to ensure the necessary data is captured.
  • Authoring reports containing actionable recommendations both in English or Bahasa Indonesia.



  • Holds a Bachelor Degree in related fields.
  • Passionates for all things related to Market Research & Behavioral Science.
  • Has 3+ years experience in market research, preferably from market research agency.
  • Has good interpersonal skills – both in business manner or to lower socio-economic status consumers.
  • Able to work under pressure, and work in the considered fast pace.
  • Familiar with many qualitative methods, both conventional and advanced.
  • Detail oriented and well organized with strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • A dynamic person, able to work in a fast changing condition.
  • A problem-solver, using deductive reasoning and understanding.
  • Has excellent written, oral and electronic communication skills.
  • Willing to travel and work closely with our community members.
